                                          太赫兹隔离器
                                          太赫兹辐射隔离器是一种单向透明的非互易器件。我们开发了基于磁光介质的太赫兹宽带隔离器,无需外部磁场即可运行。 太赫兹隔离器由两个特定定向的太赫兹偏振器和一个磁光介质组成,该介质在很宽的频率范围内将偏振平面旋转 45°。该设备的操作如下:太赫兹辐射通过第一个输入偏振器并变为线性偏振。然后辐射穿过磁化的钡铝六方铁氧体,由于法拉第效应,偏振面的角度旋转了 45°。此外,辐射通过与输入偏振器成 45° 的输出偏振器,从而使六角铁氧体出口处的偏振方向与输出偏振器的轴方向一致。 当辐射反向传播通过器件时,偏振面的角度也旋转了 45°,太赫兹辐射在与输入偏振器轴正交的方向上被偏振。这就是阻止太赫兹辐射反向传播的方式。
